“Podil still follows its old guild lines. Come up from the river on a weekday morning and you hear the market before you see it.”

Five departures from the current season. Each line carries its own date basis, route, theme, group cap and from-price, with terms set out on the program page before you inquire.
From-prices are per person, twin share, in euros, and apply to the listed departure only. Inclusions, exclusions, deposit, balance due date and cancellation terms are published on each program page.

Nothing is charged on a phone call. Every quotation, condition and due date reaches you in writing before money moves.
Tell us the country, the theme and the month you can travel. A route planner answers within one working day with a shortlist taken from the program ledger.
Before any payment you receive one document: the itinerary, inclusions and exclusions, the deposit amount, the balance due date and the cancellation terms.
The deposit holds your place in the group. Its size and its due date sit on the quote, and the balance date is fixed at the same moment.
The balance is due on the date printed in your terms. We then send the final itinerary, meeting points and arrival notes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Local conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require a substitution on route. When that happens, the change is explained to you in writing.

Short notes from the districts we walk most often, kept by the people who lead the days. They shape how we read historic districts and local traditions, and they are the reason a program rarely stays the same two years running.

“In the old town squares, the clock is the meeting point and the bakery is the timetable. We plan around both.”

“Ask before photographing a workshop. Nine times out of ten the answer is yes, and you get the story with it.”

Local conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require substitutions on the day. Any change to a walking route is explained to the group in writing by the guide. Compare dated departures in the program ledger, or request a quote for the month you plan to travel.
06 / Questions
Short answers to what travelers ask before they book a European sightseeing program with us.
It is not. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every departure, and we ask guests to arrange cover before the balance due date. Visa and entry requirements remain the traveler's responsibility, and we cannot assure approval or entry at any border.
A passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date, the entry permit required by each country on the route, and your booking confirmation. We list the documents for each itinerary in the program sheet, but the permit itself is issued by consular authorities, not by us.
Yes. Local conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require substitutions to a museum slot, a walking route or a meal venue. Every change is explained to the group in writing, and any price effect is shown before it is applied.
Standard departures run with 8 to 16 travelers, and the exact cap is printed in the group size column of the program ledger. Private departures for families or small circles can be arranged on request.
Each program states its deposit, the balance due date and the cancellation terms before you inquire. Inclusions and exclusions sit beside them, so the comparison is line by line rather than a single total.
